Joshua Wöhle
Founder & CEO
Joshua leads the company's vision to unlock the potential of humanity - starting with making AI skills accessible to every team and transforming businesses globally.
Prior to Mindstone, Joshua co-founded SuperAwesome, where he served as CPTO and built the kids safety technology used by Disney, Warner Brothers, and Nintendo. SuperAwesome was acquired by Epic Games in 2020. He has since backed over 40 startups as an angel investor and is a Venture Partner at Emerge Education.
Joshua studied Computer Science at King's College London and completed his MBA at The Open University. Born in the Netherlands and raised in Switzerland, he speaks five languages.
Greg Detre
Co-founder & CTO
Greg leads the technical and product teams behind the company's AI transformation platforms.
Prior to joining Mindstone, Greg co-founded Memrise, a language learning platform that has helped 70m people learn hundreds of languages and was named TIME Magazine's #2 EdTech company. As Chief Data Scientist at Channel 4, his team won the DataIQ 'Best Data and Analytics Team'. He has also led technology, product, and AI/data science teams at Big Health/Sleepio, Filtered, and others.
Greg studied at Oxford and Harvard, and received his PhD in computational neuroscience from Princeton, reading minds with brain scanners and AI to understand why we forget things.
Hannah Tilston
COO
Hannah leads operations, finance, and commercial delivery across the business.
She was previously COO and then Interim CEO at Versed AI, a Cambridge University spin-out providing AI-powered supply chain intelligence, acquired by Exiger. Before that, she spent over a decade with FTSE 100 companies in engineering and manufacturing, leading global procurement and workforce digital transformation programs.
Hannah holds an MA from the University of Cambridge, an MSc in Oceanography from the University of Southampton, and an MBA from Warwick Business School.
Alex Sullivan
Interim CRO (Chief Revenue Officer)
Alex leads the GTM team in scaling the company's revenue engine.
He was part of the founding team at WorldFirst, joining as the first salesperson at 23 and rising to Group Chief Commercial Officer and Board Director. He scaled the sales team from one to over 250, grew revenue from zero to £100 million, and scaled the company from 10 to 500 people globally. WorldFirst was acquired by Ant Financial in 2019.
He went on to found ems.ai, an AI-powered property search platform, which was acquired by Nationwide Building Society. Alex also founded The Sales People, an on-demand sales leadership firm, and is an active angel investor.
Marina Gorey
Coaching & Performance
Marina leads coaching and performance, designing the coaching experience and operational systems to drive impactful transformation.
She previously co-founded SuperAwesome, where she served as Chief People Officer and built the teams and operations that scaled the company to £50M in revenue across the US and APAC. It was acquired by Epic Games in 2020. She went on to serve as Chief People Officer at Lick, joining as part of the four-person founding team, and then at Griffin, where she helped the company secure its UK banking license. Marina has also served as Head of People at Seedcamp, Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Techstars (top 1% global All-Star Mentor), and General Partner at TheFund.vc.
Marina holds a BA in Film Production from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology.
Emma Rees
Transformation Lead
Emma works with enterprise customers to drive and scale AI transformation across their organizations.
She co-founded Deployed, an enterprise SaaS platform for automating contracts and statements of work, which raised $4 million from M12 (Microsoft Ventures) and Amrock Ventures. She won the Melinda Gates Female Founder Award and was a Tech Nation Rising Star. Before Deployed, Emma founded Blow Bar London, a chain of blow dry bars that grew to five locations with over 100 staff — the first of its kind in the UK.
Emma studied Business Economics at Birkbeck, University of London, where she completed her degree part-time while running her first business.
Stefano Piano
Head of Community & Partnerships
Stefano drives partner engagement and community growth across Europe and North America.
Stefano was a Labour Market Economist at the OECD, where he advised governments across Europe and Central Asia on national skills strategies and co-authored a landmark study on enterprise training drawing on 100 case studies. Before that, he was a Consultant at Frontier Economics, advising UK government departments on labour market and skills policy. He also worked at Goldman Sachs and Deloitte.
Stefano studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Warwick, Economics at the University of Cambridge, and Economics and Management at the London School of Economics, where he was a Rotary Scholar.
Liam Collins
Head of Product
Liam shapes the product vision and roadmap across the company's AI transformation platforms.
He began his career in economics and research at the University of Bath and Nesta, where he published influential reports across a number of domains focusing innovation and alternative finance. He then moved into engineering, building products at startups including SuperAwesome, Datahug and CurrencyFair. That combination of research, engineering, and product thinking led him to Mindstone, where he heads up the product team building AI-powered learning tools for enterprise clients. He's particularly passionate about how the craft of product building is evolving in the age of AI.
Liam holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters in Economic Science from University College Cork.
Neil Singleton
Head of Sales & Growth
Neil leads sales and business development across the company, driving enterprise sales and new market expansion.
He previously spent five years at Monotype, where he established and grew the APAC business remotely from the UK, increasing revenues from $2 million to $10 million and building a team of nine across the region. Before that, he was a Strategic Business Development Manager at American Express, leading UK large market sales across the UK, Europe, and the US. He has also held national sales leadership roles at National Australia Bank and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Neil studied Business Administration and Management at Bournemouth & Poole College.
Penny Martinenghi
Customer Success Lead
Penny leads customer success, building AI-first processes that scale customer impact without scaling headcount.
With 16 years' experience across operations and CS, Penny was Vice President of Customer Success at Tenzo, where she established a global CS function supporting ~2,000 restaurant clients. Before that, she was Director of Operations at Onfido, managing an international operations servicing over 3,000 clients including Tesco, UberEats, and Monzo. As Operations Director at Hassle.com, she grew the team from 5 to 45 people across the UK, France, and Germany.
Penny holds a first-class BA in Modern European History from the University of Exeter.
Peter Timson
Lead Software Engineer
Peter works across the company's platform infrastructure, security, and integrations.
Previously, Peter spent seven years as CTO of Subsec, where he architected and built an AI-powered data analytics platform enabling businesses to query massive datasets through natural language. Before that, he was a Senior Software Engineer at the BBC, building audience data systems for BBC iPlayer, News, and Sport. He has also worked as a Software Engineer at Visa Europe, developing payment infrastructure processing millions of transactions daily.
Peter holds an MSc in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham.
Harry Bloom
Senior Software Engineer
Harry builds full-stack across the company's AI transformation platforms.
Prior to Mindstone, Harry was Head of Engineering at Wevat, where he grew the engineering team from zero and took the product from idea through to release and scale. Before that, he was an iOS Developer at Deloitte Digital, rebuilding a national retail bank's application from scratch. He started his career as a Mobile Software Engineer at Capgemini. He also co-founded Horizon, software to help people live waste-free.
Harry holds a BSc in Computing from the University of Portsmouth.
Melissanthi Papacharalampous
Senior Product Designer
Melissanthi owns end-to-end product design across the company's AI transformation platforms.
Melissanthi was previously a UX/UI Designer at Everledger, where she established a company-wide design system and simplified complex workflows for a data-heavy B2B supply chain platform. Before that, she designed for Office & Dragons, a legal automation platform, and for Hirsch Bedner Associates, one of the world's leading hospitality interior design firms.
Melissanthi holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture from the University of Westminster.
Yannick Concordel
Customer Success Manager
Yannick leads customer success and community operations across the United States.
Prior to joining Mindstone, Yannick spent seven years as Senior Customer Success Manager at Onfido, managing enterprise tier 1 accounts across the Americas. Before that, he was a Customer Success Manager at Cable and an Account Executive at Transifex, where he was one of the first salespeople on the team. He started his career in territory sales at Laserfiche.
Yannick holds a Bachelor's in Political Science and History. He speaks English, French, and Spanish, and is based in San Francisco.
Kofo Adebiyi
Product Marketing Manager
Kofo collaborates across product, sales, marketing, and customer success to position Mindstone's AI transformation offerings.
She previously led She Leads Africa as CEO, where she drove partnerships with Meta, YouTube, Visa, and Netflix to advance digital skills and tech adoption across the continent and bring thousands of SMEs into the digital economy. Before that, she scaled the She Leads Africa digital community to 1m globally as VP Content (Growth). She also worked as Marketing Executive at iflix, helping the international streaming platform enter the West African market, and started her career as a TV producer for the largest network in Africa.
Kofo holds an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School, where she was a Forte Foundation Fellow, and a BA in Communication and Entrepreneurship from Bryant University.
Dave Ramos
Executive Assistant to CEO
Dave combines a background in international logistics and data analytics to support executive operations across the business.
Prior to Mindstone, Dave supported executives at PlusImaging across the US. Before that, he was a Data Analyst at CSDHR. He spent seven years in international logistics at K-Line, working across global shipping routes, before making a career pivot into tech.
Dave studied Digital Analytics at Refocus Digital Academy, one of the largest tech bootcamps in Southeast Asia.
